Agreeing to these terms

By using Momblr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "Momblr," "we," and "us" mean Momblr. "You" means anyone who uses the site.

What Momblr is

Momblr is a local directory of kids' activities for the Capital Region — childcare, camps, sports, and classes. We gather facts from public sources and each program's own page, and we link out to the provider. We are a directory, not an agency. We do not run programs, take bookings, handle payments, or vet or recommend any provider. Providers run their own programs and sign-ups.

What you can do today

You can browse listings and sign up for email alerts when new activities open near you. We will note the date of any change at the top of this page.

Parents never pay

Momblr is free for parents. We will never charge you to browse or to get alerts. No fees, ever.

Check the details yourself

Always confirm age, schedule, price, availability, and safety directly with the provider before you sign up or pay. Listings may be incomplete or out of date, and a listing on Momblr is not an endorsement.

Using the site fairly

Please use Momblr honestly. Do not:

  • Post false, misleading, or unlawful content.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data, except through any API we offer and within its limits.
  • Disrupt, overload, or try to break the site or its security.
  • Use the site to harass anyone or to break the law.

We may remove content or suspend access if these terms are broken.

No guarantee

Momblr does not guarantee that a program is available, accurate, suitable, or safe. We connect parents with listings; the rest is up to you and the provider.

The site is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep Momblr accurate and available, but we provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the site will always be available, error-free, or that listings are complete or accurate.

Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, Momblr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change is significant, we will do our best to flag it clearly.
