How Momblr uses AI
Last updated October 29, 2026.
The one line we never cross
AI never ranks, scores, recommends, or vets providers, and it never decides which programs a parent sees first beyond plain sorting like distance or A–Z. We do not label any program safe, best, or approved. Those judgments are always the parent's to make.
Where we do use AI
- Tidying facts. AI may clean up a listing's text — fix spacing, shorten a long description — from the provider's own public page. It never invents a price, date, age range, or claim.
- Formatting. Listings are shown in the same card layout for everyone. No score, no "top pick" label, no ranking.
- Reading. AI assistants can read our public listings through our open feed and
llms.txt, the same way a search engine does.
What we keep
When AI produces any text, we record which model and prompt made it, so a person can review it later. We do not sell or share your email, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Why it matters
A lot of directories quietly push whoever pays the most to the top. Momblr is built the opposite way: the facts are shown plainly, nothing is a paid "recommendation," and our use of AI is in the open. If that ever changes, this page changes first, with the date at the top.
